Fary Lochan distillery in Give, Jutland, was founded in 2009 and uses locally grown grain. PX – Pedro Jiménez – is one of the sweetest sherry styles, and the casks contribute raisins, dried fruit, and dense sweetness to the whisky's natural malt spice. Bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered with natural colour.
