The name means "challenge accepted" - and that's exactly what Défi Accepté is. A saison unafraid to go its own way.

Expert description of Fanø Bryghus Défi Accepté

Défi Accepté is an exciting, spiced saison, brewed in collaboration between Fanø Bryghus, Anders Kissmeyer and René Hansen. The straw-coloured beer is fermented with a unique combination of saison and kveik yeast, giving it extra depth and character. The result is a beer with complex notes of citrus, green pepper and noble hops, rounded off by a fresh lemon acidity and a lightly spiced finish.

Fanø Bryghus is located on the West Jutland island of Fanø, where the North Sea and the island's raw nature are a clear part of the brewery's identity. The brewery makes everything from classic, golden lagers to barrel-aged specialties, and has won several awards for its craft.
