  A Secret Martinique Distillery 6 Year Dram Mor Single Cask is a Martinique Rhum Agricole aged 6 years in a single ex-bourbon cask and bottled at cask strength, 54%.

  The rum is distilled from fresh sugar cane juice at an unnamed distillery on Martinique and later selected by Dràm Mòr, the Scottish independent bottler founded by husband-and-wife team Viktorija and Kenny Macdonald. Only 249 bottles were filled from this single cask, without reduction or chill filtration, preserving the rum's full, uncompromised character.

  The result is an intense, fruity rhum agricole, where melon and spiced warmth meet in a playful, exotic finish.

  Grays Distillery 11 Year is a Single Cask Rum from Mauritius, bottled by Dràm Mòr at 51%.

  Dràm Mòr, the Scottish independent bottler founded by Kenny and Viktorija Macdonald, sought out and purchased a cask from Grays rum distillery on Mauritius, from which only 444 bottles have been drawn. The nose is sharp and vegetal with a hint of barnyard and a prominent ester note - typical of the pure agricole style, where the rum is distilled from fresh cane juice rather than molasses.

  This particular bottle has a damaged neck foil, which does not affect the rum's contents or quality but is the reason it is sold separately. The palate offers a clean agricole profile with tropical fruit, where sharpness and sweetness balance against a lingering dryness.

  Distillers Limited 17 Year Dram Mor is a Trinidad Rum from a single cask, aged for 17 years and bottled at 57.5%.

  The rum originates from Trinidad Distillers Limited, a distillery with roots dating back to 1947, which brought several smaller Trinidadian distilleries under one roof, and which was part of the Angostura group until its closure in 2012. The cask was selected and bottled by Dràm Mòr, the Scottish independent bottler founded by husband and wife team Viktorija and Kenny Macdonald in Dumbarton. The 17 years of ageing give the rum an unusual depth for a single cask release from a distillery that no longer exists.

  The result is a powerful, complex rum, where tropical fruit and oak meet a long, spiced finish shaped by its high cask strength.
