Cement tanks instead of steel or oak - Domaine Maby chooses an old-fashioned ageing method that lets the fruit speak for itself without the spice of the cask.
Expert's Description
2023 Domaine Maby, Variations, Côtes du Rhône is a Red Wine from the Rhône Valley, France made from a blend of 60% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre and 5% Carignan, bottled at 14.5% ABV.
Domaine Maby farms organically, and the Variations cuvée is aged in cement tanks rather than oak casks, preserving the grapes' pure fruit expression without vanilla notes or tannin reinforcement from wood.
