Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur is an Italian coffee liqueur at 20% ABV, produced by Illva Saronno from roasted coffee beans and Jamaican rum.

The recipe was rediscovered in the 1950s by Dr Kenneth Leigh Evans, who began producing and marketing the liqueur under the name Tia Maria. After several changes of ownership, most recently a sale by Pernod Ricard in 2009, Tia Maria is today produced by Illva Saronno in Saronno, Italy, but still follows the original Caribbean recipe, where fresh roasted coffee beans are complemented by a touch of rum.

The nose is rich and inviting with clear caramel and roasted coffee. The palate is exotic and full with natural vanilla sweetness and an intense coffee character, finishing with a warm, lightly rum-spiced aftertaste.
