The first in the series is “PX & Oloroso,” and as we speak, it is on its way to those of you who have pre-ordered. It will be released online on Thursday, October 31 at 8:00 PM. This bottling is primarily a “retailer bottle,” which means we have kept only a very small amount ourselves. So, if you as a customer want to secure a bottle, you will need to visit your nearest retailer.

A sweet and smooth single malt aged in PX and Oloroso sherry casks for 4-5 years. It has a rich mouthfeel, with notes of dried fruits and earthy hints from old sherry casks, a touch of herbs, and a subtle, warm smoky note from gentle peat.

Thy Whisky was born out of the idea of making a distinctive whisky from the good organic grain that they grow themselves on their family farm Gyrup here in Thy. And chasing new flavor notes by working with old and new grains in their malting process.
