Thy Whisky PX & Oloroso 2024 is a Danish Single Malt Whisky bottled at 49.5% in a 70 cl bottle. Distilled and matured at Thy Whisky Distillery in Thy. The whisky is finished on a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour. PX & Oloroso is an annual release – each year is a new batch with its own character. The 2024 vintage is bottled at a gentler strength than 2025 and with its own flavour profile.

49.5% is a gentle strength for a finished single malt and gives broader accessibility. Suits those who want the sweet/nutty sherry combination in a more subdued format.

Sweet and nutty with raisin, light fig, walnut and honey. PX and Oloroso in good balance.

Palate
