Five different bourbon barrels and a cake-inspired recipe. Caribbean Chocolate Cake is Siren's answer to a liquid dessert.

Expert description of Siren BA Caribbean Chocolate Cake

BA Caribbean Chocolate Cake Tropical Stout is a full-bodied stout from the English brewery Siren Craft Brew, with rich flavour notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and roasted nuts. The beer is aged in bourbon barrels from no fewer than five different American distilleries - Jack Daniel's, Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Wild Turkey and Jim Beam - giving it a hint of caramel and a complex oak character that adds a tropical dimension.

Siren Craft Brew is a modern brewery from Berkshire, England, founded in 2013 with the aim of creating flavour-intensive, forward-thinking beers - Caribbean Chocolate Cake is a fine example of that ambition.
