Silvio Carta Limoncino / Limonello Ricetta Originale is an Italian lemon liqueur from Sardinia, made from Sfusato Amalfitano lemon peels, bottled at 28% ABV.

Silvio Carta was founded in the early 1950s in Baratili San Pietro on Sardinia, and the company's own distillery was built in 1982. Son Elio Carta has led the company since 1972 and developed the Limonello recipe to distinguish it from the better-known Limoncino. The lemons are hand-picked, and the peel is infused in neutral spirit made from sugar beet molasses within 24 hours of harvest for the best result.
