Serum Puente Centenario Vintage 2005 is a Panama Rum from the Sèrum distillery, bottled at 40%.
Puente Centenario means "Centennial Bridge" and refers to the bridge that opened in 2004, reuniting South and Central America, which had been separated when the Panama Canal was built in 1914. Sèrum first distilled a Puente Centenario to mark the 90th anniversary of this event, and this second release, vintage 2005, is strictly limited to 3,000 bottles worldwide.
Sèrum is a Panamanian rum brand that, since 2018, has drawn its inspiration from the canal's history and from the people and events that have shaped the country. The rum was distilled in 2005 and has since rested in barrel before being bottled as part of this limited Vintage series.
