After at least 5 years of cask maturation, the rum shows a clear, golden colour and an approachable, woody character, making it a great starting point for exploring the Réunion rum style.

Nose
Floral with sugarcane, banana and tobacco tones, complemented by woody and spicy notes as well as a hint of vanilla and exotic fruit.
Palate
Soft with traces of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, floral tones, vanilla and a hint of salt, complemented by toffee, dried banana and liquorice.
Finish
Long and warm with a medium, pleasant finish.
