Renegade Single Farm Origin Pre Cask Pearls Rum 70 cl 50%

The rum is made exclusively from Yellow Lady sugar cane, which is characterized by an elegant rum. The grapefruit field where the sugar cane grows is located on the terroir that the distillery refers to as "Flats". The rum is thus produced from a single sugarcane variety from a single field.

This creates a rum with great body and intensity with plenty of spice and moisture. Notes of banana, truffle oil, pepper and smoked paprika characterize this rum.
