In Ebeltoft, the frigate Jylland lies anchored as a museum ship – one of the world's largest and oldest preserved wooden warships, and the namesake of this bottle.

    Expert Description

Old St. Croix Danish Navy The Frigate Jylland is a rum-based Spirit Drink bottled at 45%.

The bottle was created in collaboration between Old St. Croix, formerly known as A.H. Riise, and the frigate Jylland, which between 1871 and 1887 made five voyages to the then-Danish West Indies. Part of the profit from sales goes toward preserving the historic ship. The blend builds on the Danish navy's long connection to Caribbean rum, honouring both the ship's history and the West Indian heritage that Old St. Croix is built on.
