On an old farm on the coast of Funen, the island known as Denmark's fruit orchard, Gitte and Jes Mosgaard craft a gin as sweet and floral as their surroundings.

Mosgaard Tangerine Premium Danish Organic Gin is a Danish organic gin distilled by Mosgaard Distillery and bottled at 40%.

The distillery was founded in 2015 and runs a zero-waste policy, with all products certified organic.

The gin is distilled on a hybrid steam infusion kettle, where alcohol vapours gently extract flavour from organic juniper, mandarin and lime peel, and spices such as star anise, cloves and coriander seed.

The result is a sweet, floral gin built on fresh tangerines, working equally well in a cocktail or with good tonic over plenty of ice.

Nose

The nose is sweet and floral with clear mandarin and a hint of almond.

Palate

The palate is sweet and fruity with mandarin upfront, backed by spiced anise and cloves.

Finish

The finish is gentle and lingeringly sweet.
