The whisky was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask (cask #900158) and bottled at cask strength of 54.1%, resulting in a powerful and complex flavor profile.

The nose opens with gentle peat smoke, sea breeze, and earthy notes reminiscent of an autumn forest, combined with sherry-influenced hints of chocolate, bacon, tobacco, and orange. The palate is rich and balanced with citrus, dark chocolate, nuts, and a tangy yogurt-like note, while the salty minerality enhances the whisky’s coastal character.
