Jawbox Pineapple & Ginger is a Northern Irish gin liqueur from the Jawbox Spirits Company, bottled at 20%.

The liqueur starts from the house's classic gin, built on eleven botanicals including local Black Mountain heather, and adds pineapple and ginger.

The balance between sugar-glazed pineapple and sharp juniper plus warm ginger keeps the liqueur complex rather than one-note.

Despite the sweetness, Jawbox's original gin character remains clearly present beneath the fruit.
