This bottling comes from Valinch & Mallet, released as part of the Hidden Casks Collection range.
The whisky was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2018.
Only 143 bottles were produced from this cask, making it a limited release for collectors.

Nose
Custard, malt and a hint of citrus zest.
