The Perfect Non-Alcoholic Gin Hass Cocktail

Make the perfect Gin Hass opskrift just without alcohol - with the right ingredients. Inspired by Kim Hass, a bartender from Odense, another Funen resident Ulrik Bertelsen from Whisky.dk was at the Gin Festival making the famous Gin Hass drink. At one point, a guest asked for a drink WITHOUT alcohol, as she was the driver for the day's event. This is where the idea for Gin Hass Virgin was born

At Whisky.dk we believe that the better the products used, the better the drink.

Ingredients

• 4 cl Herbie Virgin
• 2 cl Mango Syrup from Modo
• 2 cl Lime juice (freshly squeezed of course)
• Top up with Schweppes Lemonade
• Ice cubes

Procedure

Add the non-alcoholic gin to the glass. Then add mango syrup.
Squeeze the juice from 2 lime wedges into the drink.
Top the drink with lemon soda.
Stir the contents of the drink and fill with ice.
The drink can be mixed in a shaker, but is just as good if it is simply built up in the glass.
