Three Dutch breweries, one base beer, three completely different expressions - Great Minds Trifecta is a collaboration where you can blend your way to the perfect taste.
Expert description of Frontaal Brewing Co Great Minds Trifecta Stout
Frontaal Brewing Co Great Minds Trifecta is an exclusive triple mash Imperial Stout at 12%, developed in collaboration with Bravoure and Folkingebrew. Great Minds Trifecta is a collaborative project between three Dutch breweries, where each has brewed a variant of the same base beer - a powerful, rich triple mashed Imperial Stout.
Frontaal's version is infused with vanilla from Uganda, Bravoure used cocoa nibs from Ghana, and Folkingebrew added coconut from Hawaii. The result is three distinct 440 ml cans that can be enjoyed individually or blended in the accompanying Trifecta glass for a personal flavour experience.
The beers have a deep black colour and a full, creamy mouthfeel. The aroma varies depending on the version, but common to all is notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, vanilla and tropical sweetness. The flavour is intense and dessert-like, with clear alcohol warmth and complexity, making them well suited to slow enjoyment at 10-12°C.
