Foursquare Sassafras 14 Year Single Blended Rum Barbados is a Barbados Rum, a single blended rum aged 14 years, bottled at cask strength 61%.

The rum was created in collaboration with Italian bottler Velier and combines distillate from Foursquare's traditional double coffey column still with distillate from copper retort pot stills, a technique that defines the "single blended" style. The blend first matured for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks before spending a further 11 years in ex-cognac casks, giving the rum unusual depth. Only 6,000 bottles were released in November 2020. The name Sassafras refers to an aromatic plant common on Barbados, chosen by Richard Seale to reflect the rum's characteristic aromas.

The result is a full-bodied, complex rum where the elegance of cognac casks meets Foursquare's classic, robust character.
