Flóki Young Malt is one of the first "whisky" releases from the small Eimverk Distillery in Iceland. The googly eyes are necessary because the spirit is not quite old enough to be called whisky yet. On the other hand, the quality is already sky-high! Young Malt is made from 100% locally grown barley, aged in new American oak casks and bottled at 47%.
