Fary Lochan distillery in Give, Jutland, has a tradition of experimenting with finishes in unconventional casks. Here it is the rum cask that takes control – sweet, exotic, and with a clear tropical fruit note over Fary Lochan's malted base. Bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour at cask strength.
