Christianelund Gold Sparkling 2020 is a Sparkling Wine from Denmark made from Solaris with an alcohol content of 12.5%. Christianelund Vingård was taken over by Trine and Anders Gold in 2003, and they planted their first 1,000 vines in 2014 - since then the estate has established itself as one of the more ambitious Danish producers. Solaris is an early-ripening grape that thrives in the Danish climate, and the sparkling version undergoes a long, slow effervescence process that produces fine, persistent bubbles.
