    Choya Extra Shiso Umeshu Likør - Enjoy it lightly chilled with sparkling water, neat or in cocktails. This slightly reddish Japanese umeshu likør is made from the ume fruit, which is related to apricots and plums. The liqueur is aged for 2 to 3 years using only Nanko-ume from the Kishu region of Japan.

    The taste is sweet but with a fine, balancing acidity.
