Black Tot Finest Caribbean consists of blended rums from various Caribbean islands, carefully composed by master blender Oliver Chilton. The blend consists of 5% 3 year old Jamaica rum, 20% unaged Guyana rum, 35% 5 year old Barbados rum, and 40% 3-5 year old Guyana rum. The rum is 100% tropically aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Enjoy it neat, but also try mixing it in a cocktail.

Aroma: Lovely complex aroma of grilled meat, flambéed bananas, sourdough rye bread, coconut, bright raisins and coffee.
Tasting notes: The taste offers a sweet and smooth rum with lots of flavor notes, including coffee, cardamom, ginger and licorice.
