Bivrost Cask Aged Gin Norwegian Arctic Gin is a Norwegian Cask-Matured Gin, bottled at 44%.

The gin is the house's classic gin, subsequently matured in oak casks, giving it a rounder, more spiced character.

Part of the maturation takes place in Aurora Spirit's underground vaults, once part of a tunnel system in a Cold War-era NATO base.

Bivrost is distilled at Aurora Spirit Distillery in Lyngen in Northern Norway, 69 degrees north of the equator.

The nose is spiced, with juniper, vanilla and a touch of wood.
