On the windswept peninsula Ardnamurchan in the far west of Scotland, the independent bottler Adelphi fronted by Alex Bruce has built a new distillery. The site is called Glenbeg and is beautifully situated overlooking the waters of Glenmore Bay to the Isle of Mull. The name is, unsurprisingly, Ardnamurchan Distillery, and it's an impressive story by any measure. From the conception of the idea to the realization of the project, seven years of dedicated work have passed.
