Ardbeg Corryvreckan is an intense and fearless single malt from the rugged shores of Islay. The name comes from the mythical whirlpool Corryvreckan, located north of the island – a natural phenomenon that reflects the whisky’s raw power and depth.

With an alcohol content of 57.1% and no chill filtration, it retains its natural oils and full flavor richness. The whisky gains its complexity through maturation in both ex-bourbon and French oak casks, contributing to its full-bodied character.

On the nose, bold aromas of tar, creosote, and linseed oil meet dark fruits like blackcurrant and cherry. The palate is as powerful as the whirlpool it’s named after – with notes of spiced meat, espresso, dark chocolate, sea salt, and aromatic spices like star anise and clove. The finish is long, smoky, and spicy, with hints of coffee and chocolate-coated cherries.
