Aalborg Porse Snaps Dansk Akvavit is a Danish aquavit at 40% ABV from Aalborg Akvavit.

The Aalborg name dates back to 1846 and is one of the best-known in Danish aquavit tradition, today part of the Anora Group. Porse Snaps was launched in 1965 and is built on an extract of porse, also known as bog myrtle or sweet gale, harvested at Lille Vildmose in North Jutland, flavoured with sherry and rosemary distillate.

Porse has historically been used as a spice and preservative, and the plant gives the aquavit its distinctive herbal, fresh base note, while sherry and rosemary add depth.
