    Willett 4 Year Old Family Estate Bottled Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey is bottled in a small batch directly from the family's own stocks with no dilution, bottled at 55.3%. The Willett Distilling Company was founded in 1936 by brothers Thompson and Johnny Willett, who built the distillery on the family farm in Bardstown and ran off their first batch of whiskey on 17 March 1937. The family's roots in American distilling go back to 1792, when William Willett Jr. settled in Nelson County, and the distillery remains family-owned and operated by Thompson Willett's grandchildren today.
