    Willett Old Bardstown 90 Proof is a classic Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with an alcohol content of 45% (90 proof). Distilled at the Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, it uses a mash bill consisting of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new charred American oak barrels, this bourbon presents an inviting aroma of caramel, oak, vanilla, and subtle floral undertones. The taste is smooth and slightly sweet, with prominent notes of caramel, oak, vanilla, and a hint of chocolate. The finish is medium-long, with lingering hints of vanilla, caramel, spice, and oak. This bourbon is perfect for enjoying neat or as a base in classic cocktails.
