Limfjordsporter from Thisted Bryghus is an almost black bottom-fermented porter with a creamy light brown head. The taste is delightfully complex and definitely dominated by licorice, smoke, roasted barley and malt sweetness, and nicely balanced with a pronounced bitterness from the hops.
