    The Whistler is produced at the Boann Distillery. The distillery is brand new and one of the most beautiful distilleries in all of Ireland. This version from The Whistler is 10 years old and has been aged in first fill Bourbon casks and then transferred to used cognac casks, which are infused with red wine. Or as they call it: N.E.O.C Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux finish
