Spirited Union Spice and Sea Salt Botanical Rum, also known as Union 55, is a smooth and complex rum based on barrel-aged Barbados rum. It is infused with five carefully selected botanicals—cardamom, clove, Peruvian cocoa, vanilla, and almonds—and finished with a touch of organic Añana sea salt. The result is a well-balanced rum with sweet, spiced notes of vanilla and salted caramel, created through a slow 55-day maceration process inspired by gin distillation.
