It is a rye whisky from the Spirit of Hven distillery and is made from a blend of no less than 42 American oak casks, all of which are at least 6 years old. No charcoal filtration, added color or sugar is used during the production process.

When you taste the whisky, it's incredibly smooth and soft on the palate. It starts with vanilla before developing into spicy toffee notes and finally notes of malt and dark chocolate. The finish is fruity and smooth with vanilla and lavender notes.
