Sipsmith VJOP Gin is an English Navy Strength Gin, bottled at 57.7%.

The gin builds on Sipsmith London Dry Gin's botanicals, but uses the characteristic 'triple juniper' technique.

Juniper is first macerated for three days, after which more juniper is added to the pot still, and finally even more juniper is vapour infused into the spirit.

The high strength and repeated additions of juniper give the gin a markedly more intense, concentrated character than the classic London Dry edition.

The nose is dominated by piney juniper and cedarwood tones with hints of zesty orange.

Palate

The palate offers big juniper upfront with rich spice and notes of dark chocolate, where anise and coriander follow close behind.
