The rum was distilled in April 2007 and has been aged in a malt whiskyfad cask until bottling in September 2022. The cask has created an incredibly drinkable and smooth rum with notes of coconut, butterscotch, vanilla and dark chocolate, leading to a long, well-balanced finish.
