The Riedel Sommeliers Sparkling 4400/88 is a hand-blown champagne glass from the Austrian glassmaker Riedel's Sommeliers line, made from crystal glass. Where the Vintage Champagne glass in the same line is a narrow tulip for mature, complex champagne, the Sparkling glass is wider and lower – built for younger, fresher sparkling wines, where you want more contact with the floral and fruity aromas. Design & Material

The bowl is wider and lower than in the Vintage Champagne glass from the same line, hand-blown to give sparkling wine more air and contact with the aromas, while the surface is still small enough to hold on to the bubbles.
