R&G Rolland Galarreta 2012 Esencia Rioja is a Red Wine from Rioja, Spain made from 100% Tempranillo, bottled at 14% ABV.
The wine is produced by the acclaimed Araex winery and represents the essence of the select fruit, made using the most careful winemaking. Two cultures and two different winemaking methods meet here, proving Spain's excellent terroir. The wine ages for 10 months in new oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Lively and delicate with liquorice and leather aromas with hints of black pepper.
Palate
Elegant and complex with soft tannins, liquorice and a velvety structure.
Finish
Long, delicious and persistent.
