    The wine consists of 100% Tempranillo. The selection of the grapes is carried out using Vistalys, an optical selection method from Bucher Vaslin, which performs a strict control so that only perfect grapes pass through. The stems are removed from the grapes without crushing them. The wine is aged for a total of 10 months in new American oak barrels.

    Color: This is a highly concentrated and very dark red wine.
    Nose: A lively, delicate nose with licorice and fresh fruit aromas of the Tempranillo variety, with spicy elements. Essential aromas of fruit compote.
    Palate: Elegance, complexity and energy. On the palate it shows soft tannins and licorice, a velvety structure and a long, delicious and persistent finish.
    Food pairing: Red steaks - special Ribeye
