This rum is renowned for its unique double aging process—initially matured in tropical climate on bourbon casks in the Caribbean, followed by further refinement in small French cognac barrels at Château de Bonbonnet.

The result is a complex and silky-smooth rum with depth and finesse. The aroma offers notes of roasted fruit, orange peel, and milk chocolate, while the taste is rich and rounded with hints of vanilla, coconut, banana, toffee, and warm spices.
