This rum from South Pacific Distillery is simply wonderful. It can be enjoyed by both newcomers and experienced rum drinkers.

Colour: Deep amber.
Nose: Fruity and spicy, “funky” – but not quite as wild as Jamaica. Notes of honey, molasses, raisins, ginger, banana and pineapple.
Flavour: Full-bodied and sweet. A beautifully oily mouthfeel with notes of ginger, warm spices and molasses, hints of smoke, and a firm backbone of tropical fruit: mango, pineapple and orange.
