Patridom XO Cognac Cask Finish is a Spirit Drink with Caribbean Rum from the Dominican Republic, aged 12 to 15 years with a finishing period in ex-cognac casks, bottled at 43%.

The base is Patridom's core bottling XO, a premium rum made from fresh cane juice and molasses, fully tropically aged in American and French oak casks in the Dominican Republic. This limited edition then underwent an additional maturation in ex-cognac casks, adding a fruity note to the rum. The edition was bottled in July 2023 and is limited to 2,333 bottles.

The cognac finish gives the rum an extra layer of elegance and fruit depth, setting it apart from Patridom's other finished editions.
