OLIVER & OLIVER is a family-owned business of Cuban origin,
located in the Dominican Republic.

"Each of their premium rum products differs in bouquet, presence, aroma and flavor".

Most of their brands are produced in limited and numbered editions

Their style is characterized by the dedication and commitment they put into the creation of each and every bottle they offer their consumers.

Their innovative and unique triple aging process arises from an adaptation of the traditional Spanish solera method. They use a variety of carefully selected sugarcane distillates that are hydrated, aged and formulated to become mother rum, the backbone of their artisanal production.

All of their rums are bottled, labeled and numbered by hand. At least twice a year, they select the mother rums to be used for the following year

fact that they do a low end number and hand number all bottles shows me that they stand by the rum they make .......

This deep dark rum is a blend of young and older distillates blended with a 25 year old mother rum. It is aged 12-20 years in
American oak barrels and then rounded 6 months in single malt whiskey barrels.

38% is not a strong rum and can be enjoyed by many. As for the taste, there is a little sweetness, which is noticeable as the liquor sensation is not as
pervasive, so the opportunity to capture the flavor is definitely present

The taste

of tobacco is not penetrating and should probably be looked for, so do not be intimidatedSo
