This first spiced rum from Oksen - is made with entire cinnamon sticks, macerated long enough to provide the very essence of the spice and a hint of woodiness stemming from the wood of the stick, genuine piece of cinnamon tree bark. 100% natural, this spirit displays a lovely coppery color. Visual aspect: golden.
Nose: cinnamon, mild spices. Palate: round and smooth. Pleasurable flavours of cinnamon.
Gourmet pairings: chocolate cake with a cinnamon sauce.
