Nyborg Distillery Bourbon Cask is an organic Danish Single Malt Whisky bottled at 59% cask strength from the distillery's early production at Ørbæk Brewery. The organic Funen distillate matured on a bourbon cask of American white oak, contributing classic vanilla, caramel and grain roundness. A bourbon cask is the world's most classic cask type and gives the most direct expression of the distillate's character – here the organic grain from Ørbæk. A bottling that captures the essence of the Ørbæk era in one bottle.
