In the Slieve Bloom Mountains at the heart of Ireland, Eoin Bara built his distillery on his family's whiskey heritage. The London Dry edition of Mór is the clean, classic version, letting juniper lead the way.
Expert's description
Mór Irish Gin London Dry is an Irish gin distilled in the classic London Dry style and bottled at 40%.
The gin comes from Arderin Distillery in Tullamore, County Offaly, founded by Eoin Bara in 2015. The base is juniper, angelica root, coriander and rosemary, distilled without added sweetness or fruit, letting the classic gin character speak for itself.
The name Mór is taken from the highest peak in the Slieve Bloom Mountains, and the distillery uses spring water from there in production. This 5cl miniature is a good way to try the clean edition of Mór before committing to a full bottle.
