It's brewed with three different smoked malts, each with its own character, resulting in a layered, intense and perfectly balanced smoked imperial stout.

Oak-smoked wheat provides an almost bacon-like fullness and umami, while beech-smoked barley adds spice and campfire atmosphere. On top of that comes peat-smoked malt, bringing earthy smoke, depth and a hint of whisky associations. By adjusting the ratio between these malts, the brewers have created a stout that is both powerful and harmonious.

The flavour moves from warm campfire embers to intense peat smoke, with dark malts, chocolate and a light sweetness that ties it all together. The innovation lies especially in the use of oak-smoked wheat, which gives a salty-savoury dimension rarely found in a stout.
