The whisky was distilled on September 17, 2008 and bottled in 2021 after 12 years of maturation in two hogsheads, cask numbers 12253 and 12257. It is bottled at 43% ABV and is non-chill filtered, preserving its natural oils and complexity.

Mannochmore is a Speyside distillery that often contributes to blends, but in this edition the spirit is allowed to shine on its own.
