Mad Owl London Dry is a Danish gin distilled in the classic London Dry style on organic grain spirit and bottled at 46%.

The gin comes from Thornæs Distillery in Kagerup, which makes all its spirits in a traditional style, with botanicals processed directly in the still. The London Dry edition sticks to juniper, coriander and angelica root with no added sweetness, letting the classic gin character speak for itself.

The name Mad Owl pays tribute to the owl that lived in the distillery's attic before the company moved in.
