Lyres Daiquiri - Non-alcoholic

Ingredients

• 75 ml Lyres White Cane Spirit
• 20 ml Monin Sugar cane syrup
• 30 ml Fresh lime juice
• Pinch of salt (optional)

Procedure

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Then pour into a cocktail glass using a double strain and top with a slice of lime as a garnish. Serve the cocktail immediately while it's cold and fresh!
